I'm Brie
I started Bravissima because I kept meeting brilliant women who had spent years, sometimes decades, building expertise, showing up, and delivering results. And then life happened. A business to build. A family to raise. A season that called them somewhere other than a corporate office.
And when they were ready to return, they didn't need someone to tell them they were capable. They already knew that. They needed someone to help them translate all of that experience into a career move that actually fit who they'd become.
That's exactly what I do.

Before launching my coaching practice, I managed a comprehensive HR program — overseeing benefits administration, recruitment, and employee retention — and led internal and external communications including web content, newsletters, media relations, and company intranet. That background means I understand hiring from both sides of the table, and I know exactly what it takes to get the right people in front of the right opportunities.
I bring that insider perspective to every client I work with.
